Morten Elbrønd’s area of expertise is insolvency law. Morten Elbrønd functions as an advisor for distressed companies or their creditors, as bankruptcy trustee when handling bankruptcy estates. Morten Elbrønd has also contributed in connection with reconstructions and liability agreements.

Working with insolvency law demands great knowledge of a number of additional legal disciplines and for this reason, Morten Elbrønd has a broad knowledge of the general Danish commercial law.

Morten Elbrønd also provides advice in connection with inheritance, including preparation of testaments and the establishment of prenuptial agreements.

In addition, Morten Elbrønd also has experience from working as an in-house attorney in private companies, including a bank.
