Profile

Hans Henrik Banke is the head of the department for the division of company and tax law. He has great experience working with company law, shareholder issues, foundations and ownership structures. He is a former lecturer within corporate law at the School of Business and Social Sciences in Aarhus and at the University of Southern Denmark.

Furthermore, Hans Henrik Banke works with wind turbine projects and the utility sector. He was part of the pioneering work, converting the first municipal suppliers to utility companies. Within the utility sector, he assists with tasks such as structuring utility companies, consolidation and more operation-oriented tasks such as EU-tenders, delimitation of activity areas and handling a range of special acts within the sectors. Additionally, he advises both companies inviting tenderers and companies making offers within the EU-procurement
