Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has two main areas of expertise. The primary field is insolvency law. Flemming Hartvig Pedersen is known for his competent and professional counselling of distressed companies and the handling of reconstructions and bankruptcy estates. He has more than 20 years of experience. 

He is also licensed as trustee for the probate court in Odense handling decedent estates, both for the clients of FOCUS and in cases where he is appointed by the court.

For many years, Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has provided legal advice concerning the preparation of wills and prenuptial agreements, including in connection with estate planning. With focus on this issue, he has held a wide range of lectures and training sessions for clients and the banking sector.

He also has a great experience with the handling of compulsory sale and cases of mortgage bonds.
