Focus Advokater’s department for business and contract law is well-established as a leading legal advisor to companies within all areas of business law. Our clients consist of Danish manufacturers and commercial activities but we also represent foreign companies with activities in Denmark.
It is our vision to provide legal advice to protect our client’s interests in the best manner. Among other things, we assist with securing that complex deals contracts are on reasonable conditions so that the company avoids unnecessary risks. We work as an integrated team where knowledge sharing, technical development and international visibility are core values. Our department is divided into an English and German team. Both teams meet all requirements to language proficiency and comprehension of the foreign systems of justice.
