Rune Aagaard works with national and international commercial law, including preparation and negotiation of contracts in English as well as the buying and sale processes of the companies. Rune Aagaard’s main competence lies within sea and transport law. He advises on all legal matters within purchase and sale of vessels, vessel funding, contracts of vessel buildings and shipyards and other commercial law counselling including financing law and company law. He conducts arbitration and trials for the courts of general jurisdiction within the aforementioned specialist fields.
In addition, Rune Aagaard is head of the department of contract law at Focus Advokater LLP.
Rune Aagaard is ranked in Legal 500, 2020 as a recommended lawyer within Shipping & Transport.
