Eva Berner

Profile

As a manager at Focus Advokater, Eva’s most important role is to secure a talented and agile organization creating the best possibilities for providing the clients of our office with professional and forward-looking counselling.

Eva is a result-oriented team player with more than 25 years of experience in management and development of employees and organizations, most recently from positions as VP Human Resources at the Tech-company of Teradyne (Universal Robots, MIR, Autoguide and Energid) and as Executive Vice President and member of the management committee at the pharmaceutical company of Orifarm A/S.

Furthermore, Eva is a highly experienced educator, and her experience includes giving lectures in the   Executive Leadership Education at CBS.

• “Reflekterende ledelsespraktikere” (reflective management practicians) - an executive management network for Danish top managers
• “Odense Charter for Mangfoldighed” (Odense Charter for Diversity) – a network of companies in the city of Odense working for diversity at the workplace

Among Eva’s other activities should be mentioned her participation in board work, especially within the field of Human Resources, organizational culture and business development.
